Wellness Visit


If you are looking for injury prevention and improving your performance, our wellness visits are utilized to help improve mobility and flexibility, strength, and decrease pain.

These 30 or 60 minute session are designed for acute issues or regular maintenance, where specialized techniques such as dry needling or soft tissue mobilization are used to best address restore your body. Regular maintenance can help your body from workouts, the golf course, tennis matches, or any physical stress you may be putting your body through.

  • Dry needling is a safe and effective technique for those with musculoskeletal pain. Uses a thin, solid filament pin that is inserted into the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points, muscles, and connective tissue.

  • Loose fitting clothing or gym attire such as shorts, tights and sports bra.
