At Dalton Wellness we assess, create programs, and provide purpose driven exercise to improve performance and prevent injury. We provide a comprehensive assessment process and take the time to listen to your goals and educate you on how to achieve them.
We use an evidenced-based exercise approach to help you make long-lasting and sustainable changes so you can live a healthy lifestyle.

We take an in-depth look at the body to establish a baseline and to see which specific areas need to be addressed. We can establish this through our Exercise Physiology Assessment. This in-depth process looks at your body composition, movement, and metabolism.

Note: For those experiencing any recent pain or injuries, we recommend seeing our Physical Therapist for an evaluation prior to beginning an Exercise Physiology program. Our Physical Therapist will determine if exercise is safe for you at this time. Our Exercise Physiology programs are great for those with chronic conditions or those that have already had issues addressed by a Physical Therapist or Physician. If you are unsure who you should see first, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We offer private and semi private (2-3 people) training options in 30 or 60 minute durations.
Remote Training
Are you motivated enough to exercise on your on but need a training program to follow? Using your mobile device we are able to design customized training plans for each of our clients.
